Pamana (Pah-mah-nah) in Filipino means “inheritance” and “legacy.” Education is an important pamana. Let us help you through the financial process.
Higher education in the U.S. has changed drastically in the last twenty years. The average college debt in the US is $38,375; 92.2% of these are federal loans. In Connecticut, 23.5% of state residents owe between $20,000 to $40,000 with 54% of them under the age of 35. While these numbers sound daunting, longitudinal data supports that college educated workers have lower unemployment than those without a degree, are better able to manage times of economic downturns, higher median salaries, and more career mobility.
Pamana wants to help students and their families maximize the financial returns of college, graduate school, and beyond. We take a holistic approach to higher education, ranging from the college admissions process, planning for the financial costs of graduate school, to strategizing post-graduation plans.
